A Remote Dark Force Entity Release

Unlike what one would normally imagine a rescuing spirits experience would be – dark, dangerous, sticky, battling, I found it possible for it to be a gentle and loving experience.

When this young man from Bolivia who I’ll call Armando contacted me, I was not sure how sincere he was for a hypnotherapy session, as his written English was so broken that I almost thought it was a spam email.

Intending to Let Go of Expectation

Many words in English can be interpreted in many ways.

A client I’ll call Jasmine had been working on her Instagram content for a while. Living nomadically as a chef, Instagram worked perfectly for her lifestyle. Her goal was to attract followers and engagement and then eventually monetize her work with brands to earn a living doing what she was passionate about.

As with any business, at times, Jasmine felt discouraged and lost. When things were not moving, money was not there. She started questioning what she was doing and whether she should continue. But before she quit, she had this idea to talk with a hypnotherapist, to get validation about whether quitting was a good idea.

The Fountainhead of My Inspiration

On the surface level of the storyline, it is a book about how an artist, an architect, chose to stay true to his art and his work, no matter how hard it could get and how many shortcuts were offered. On a deeper level, it was quite philosophical. The author, Ayn Rand, was considered a philosopher as much as a writer. Yet, there’s even more depth to it. As my soul was resonating with Howard, his calm nature, his matter-of-factness, his sovereignty… He stood for our own perfect and self-sufficient spiritual nature.

Turn Obstacles into Opportunities

Suppose disappointment without anger is the mark of an old soul, and not being disappointed is the mark of a really old soul. In that case, living your own life purpose and trusting your own life so thoroughly that every step on its path is valued more than where it is “supposed to take you”, must be the mark of an eternal young soul.

Deep Dive with Me

Turning 55 is a miracle of sorts for me, if you understand when I was 17, I was so, so, so afraid of getting old (18-years-old would be too old for me back then.). And when I was 20, I thought by the time the new millennium came, with its Y-2k issue, that it would not be my problem because I would probably be fine to be dead since I’d be so old (the ripe old age of 31) by then.

Your Soul’s Plan

Friday evening, 8:45 pm, I was still in the office, waiting for yet another client to show up. It was a long day, but my client sounded urgent when she called me at noon. She said she only needed one hour. I let her squeeze into my calendar.

Being Authentic

Some think being authentic is not telling lies, being good, doing the right things, the good things – the good-girl, good-boy syndrome. We have been programmed to think in those terms. But where does that concept of being a good girl, being a good boy really come from? It may just come from other people who want to keep you in line, who want to keep you doing what they want you to do. It has nothing to do with being authentic. It has something to do with control. It gets ingrained in us over and over again in the early years.

Journeys or Destinations

In my childhood, I dreamed that when I grew up, I would marry a train conductor, so I could, in my imagination, travel for free! I shared this dream with my sister and a close friend. The friend said she had a feeling, that in the future more people would be flying to travel. I should aim higher – literally, to become a pilot’s wife rather than a train conductor’s.

Without Trying to Hypnotize You

Without trying to hypnotize you, I’d like you to stare into the graphic art for a minute or two.

Maybe lots of circles, maybe a depth, maybe confusing, maybe fractured, maybe patterns, or even motion…

It’s a natural thing when you look into such an image and begin to see movement. The brain doesn’t know how to read all the patterns that have been specifically designed, so it starts seeing motions, and many times a motion will draw you into it. Sometimes it’ll feel like it’s coming at you.

There’s No Reason

How many times do you click on a video link and find your own name being sung into a beautifully made song?

Well, it happened to me once. It was a surprise to find my name in a catchy, fun, and upbeat song, produced by bthemothion. The singer-songwriter Ian knows how to sum me up with that line.
