My first session is generally twenty minutes longer than the follow-up sessions because it takes some extra time to know someone, the conscious and the subconscious mind, to check their hypnotisability, and to do the initial trance work.

Occasionally I’d meet someone who can get the entire benefits of hypnotherapy in their first appointment for a much shorter time.

Lindsay arrived on time in the evening. And opened herself up quite immediately. There were many deaths in her life and she really wanted to find out why. She had a miscarriage, lost a son when he was 2 and half, three years ago she lost another son when he was 20, three months ago her husband Doug died. At the age of 50, she is half retired as a nurse. Facing so many deaths, she started to question life.

Lying on the couch, the moment Tania pops her big eyes wide open, she looks straight to the ceiling, and says from her lungs, “I KNOW YOU!”

Crystal clear words cut through the air. My heart trembles.
