“Aliens” Among Us

Audrey is a young woman who has started losing pigments since when she was 17 years old. As a result of that, she doesn’t look like her parents and siblings at all. Extremely fair skin and blond hair with big blue eyes, she is tall. There is a certain lightness in her manner, something unspeakably different about her, something out of place. I felt a little bit displaced by her energy. She did extremely well without making any effort in school. She also has memories of being on a ship, but there is nothing scary about it, as was reported by some other abductees. Instead, Audrey feels that is home. She cried in tears in hypnosis missing her “home”.

It was such an ease to work with Victor. Some people have that aura. I felt it when we had a Skype consultation, where he told me what he was at crossroads. He’d had a successful career over the last twenty years making video games. But there was constant stress to meet aggressive deadlines, and he would work very intensively for stretches of time, only to be laid off when the projects were over.

This time, he started to hesitate. Should he go back to making games? He knew he could easily do so, although he had begun finding the work itself less fulfilling. Or should he do something new?

Feel The Feelings

Some people are just born to be hypnotherapy candidates.

29-year-old Melanie is such a person.

She is young, but she is a troubled soul. Severe weight loss, feeling weak and tired, sexually assaulted at a younger age, physical pain and emotional turmoil.

She brought to the session two full pages of “My Intentions for Hypnotherapy”. Reading those words seemed to be a daunting task. Here are summarized items that she wanted to release through hypnotherapy:

All fear, shame, guilt, sadness, anger, depression and anxiety through past life regression, future life progression and parallel probable lives.
Rape – feeling soiled, dirty and self harm.
Bullying – feelings of being a victim; feelings of being trapped. Helplessness.
Feelings of being unworthy and unwanted.
Physical – parasites, fatigue, feelings out of body, food restrictions, weight loss.
Failure to thrive, feeling of starving….

“Yes yes yes, of course.” Tomoko didn’t let me finish. I meant to say, “There won’t be any identifiable information on my blog.”

She went on, “You can write anything about it. Actually, I will write about it myself!”

Hypnotherapy My Music

Growing up, I often wondered, what happened to my music?

It was as if I was meant to be musical. When I was a child, I dreamt of singing on a stage.

Those daydreams were very real. I had them in detail.

.....

Over six years ago, on a Car Free Day in Vancouver, I met someone who I could only use the words “my counterpart” to describe. Strange it may sound, it felt to me that he was me in another form. He is a musician – a singer song writer. Like a soul splitting into two, living simultaneous parallel lives, I felt he is fulfilling my music side of life, and I get to single-mindedly focus on what I came here to do. Hypnotherapy is musical after all, to my life.

And in this music, I feel so heard.

What We Learn from a Past Life Suicide

A female client of mine was regressed to a past life of Isabelle, a woman full of life. In that regression session, we first landed at a harbour where she just arrived, after a long journey on a steamship. She was 25, very excited for this solo journey. She used the expression “I am drinking every moment” to describe how exuberant she felt. Further conversation we realized she just arrived in Paris from the state of Nebraska. “It’s my first time here. Finally I’m here!”

Regression into a Probable Past Lifetime – Nora

In an earlier hypnotherapy session, Nora’s higher self instructed me that there were 5 past lives that we needed to review in order resolve deep self doubt and undeserveability.

We reviewed them one by one. There were lives as a victim and a victimizer, lives that she was involved in cult sexual activities.

Nora comes in for another past life regression session.

Regression into a Probable Past Life – Julie

Many people who experienced past-life regression had this question: Was that real?

Every moment in the process it felt real. One could feel the choice-less choices that they made in the moment. Yet at the end of the regressed life, looking back, they could see clearly there were other alternative choices that they could/should have made. I can’t help but wonder: Where would that choice have taken them on the life path?

Other therapists may not share this, but part of the power of past-life regression therapy is to tap into those probable realities – the choices that the regressed personality didn’t but could make.

This is a series of three stories where clients are regressed to a past life, seeing the consequences of the choices they made, and having a chance to see in another parallel reality, if they’ve made another choice, what that “past life” would turn out to be.
