Turning 55 is a miracle of sorts for me, if you understand when I was 17, I was so, so, so afraid of getting old (18-years-old would be too old for me back then.). And when I was 20, I thought by the time the new millennium came, with its Y-2k issue, that it would not be my problem because I would probably be fine to be dead since I’d be so old (the ripe old age of 31) by then.

It was towards the end of Janet’s fourth hypnotherapy session. We had a few more minutes for her to reorient herself fully and for me to tuck away her file before my next client showed up. Janet was about to stand up, and then she sat back down on the upright recliner. Still, in a trance-like state, she giggled, “It’s so funny now to think about the list of questions I brought with me.”

Friday evening, 8:45 pm, I was still in the office, waiting for yet another client to show up. It was a long day, but my client sounded urgent when she called me at noon. She said she only needed one hour. I let her squeeze into my calendar.

Telling a Little Story About a Story

Carol's Lives is my second book. It's the only book that has been turned into an Audiobook so far. In 2019 I intended to do a promo video on it. The book cover designer photographer Silmara Emde was hired to do the work. As Tim and I were travelling in New york to collect some footage, Simara moved the city. We had to schedule for spring 2020 to film it, and then everything went sideway because of the pandemic. Finally, in 2022, my partner, the main character in Carol's Lives, decided to take up the project. Here we have it, the promo video of the book that was published two years ago.

Journeys or Destinations

In my childhood, I dreamed that when I grew up, I would marry a train conductor, so I could, in my imagination, travel for free! I shared this dream with my sister and a close friend. The friend said she had a feeling, that in the future more people would be flying to travel. I should aim higher – literally, to become a pilot’s wife rather than a train conductor’s.

The Younger Version of Me

Candace looked surprised and a little delighted. I looked down at the printed note again where she had also written, “I have not lived in another country even though I have always wanted to. I never know where I should go...” It made me smile and I jokingly told her I had a feeling I was sitting with a younger version of myself.

Running from Fear – Past and Current Lives

“I feel I already know you,” says Britney, as she sits here on the couch in my hypnotherapy room, speaking very calmly, within the first 5 minutes we’ve met.

Britney is addressing the fact that she has read a lot of pages on my website before she contacted me for a series of hypnotherapy sessions.

I am curious. Her presenting issue is anxiety and fear, yet this person who’s sitting right in front of me, is composed, mature, and calm. There’s a natural peaceful energy around her that makes my breath even and thoughts clear. I feel instantly sitting with Britney is an enjoyable thing.

Multiple Lives in One Past Life Regression Session

The client was guided to her inner sanctuary, which happened to be outdoors, and watched, on a surface of a quietly flowing river, the reflection of many past lives that she has lived.

The magic water reflected to her, in the greatest clarity, frame by frame, who she has been before – the soul’s journey.

A loner in a cave; an esoteric meditator; a woman giving birth to a dead baby; a civilian in a war scene, possibly a Jew; a herbalist who was deemed as a witch; a psycho murderer full of rage; a native American woman who had the honour to carry the pipe; a clown being abducted by a powerful man; a singer who gave up singing to be a merchant… And a mistreated elephant!
